Lindsay Lohan is probably breathing a little easier: Radar Online reports that although Judge Elden Fox (the one who warned her she’d serve time if she got into more trouble while on probation) has reviewed the results of the criminal investigation into the battery charge against the actress, he is NOT taking any immediate action.
A source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com: “Judge Fox read the report, and put it back in Lohan’s file. Right now, based on what he has read, he won’t be taking any action against Lindsay.”Most of you seemed to think Lindsay Lohan should have to face some sort of consequences for her behavior. I’m guessing the judge really wants her to finish out this probation so he doesn’t have to deal with her anymore
.(And the Betty Ford worker wanting to drop the charges probably further encourages him not to do anything.)

Hours before Lindsay Lohan allegedly battered Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland, she was hanging out in a hotel with Adam Case, a fellow rehab patient.
Case had spent a lot of time with Lindsay Lohan recently, and saw Lindsay's now-infamous altercation with Holland - he's the one who dropped her off late.
Palm Desert cops are convinced Lindsay Lohan was drinking in the hotel room, that Lohan attacked Holland and that Case could help them prove both.
Not so fast.
Cops got a statement from Case that very night, and he backed up Lohan's side. Dissatisfied, cops went back to Case and grilled him again.
That's not even it. Days later Palm Desert cops went to Case yet again and interrogated him over what Lindsay did in the hotel room Dec. 12.
Specifically, whether she consumed alcohol.
Lindsay Lohan insists she was clean, and Case said he never saw her take a drink. Cops pressed Case to get a copy of his hotel bill, but he refused.
As for what happened in the hotel room, Case says Lindsay Lohan spent a long time her hair, then hung out with him and a few other friends.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson struck a truce over LiLo moving next door to Sam in Venice, Calif., which caused a minor uproar earlier this week.
Reports say Lindsay Lohan, who just got out of rehab and "had no idea" she was moving in to the condo directly next door to her ex, apologized to Samantha Ronson for it.
Sam not only bought it, they left things on good terms. Go figure!
Lindsay Lohan, who just leased the place, is expected to move in any day now and, "Neither of them are mad at each other and everything has been cleared up."
We imagine she'll sing a different tune if she wakes up at 4 a.m. to the sound of Lindsay Lohan drunk and hooking up, but we're glad it's all good for now. (THG)

Something tells me Britney Spears will take this story about as well as Lindsay Lohan took Gwyneth Paltrow’s mocking of her on ‘Glee.’ Anyway, according to Fox News’ Pop Tarts, Gwyneth’s character was partly inspired by Britney’s very public problems for Gwyneth’s character’s comeback in her new movie, ‘Country Strong.’
“You see a lot of these themes in real life, while I was writing the script a lot of those things that were happening with Britney Spears were very public,” writer/director Shana Feste revealed to FOX411’s Pop Tarts. “She was shaving her head, and I saw how fixated we are as a society in building people up to see their downfall and then the pleasure we take in building them up again.Gwyneth herself said that she turned to her friend, singer Beyonce, for advice about performing.
“I picked the brains of my girl singer friends more. I obsessively watched Beyonce perform, she is ‘it’ in terms of a performer – if I could just get a little bit of that abandon she has on stage, that’s what I was really focusing on,” Paltrow explained.And actually, Gwyneth’s public persona is so different from Britney’s that the film studio president initially balked at the thought of Gwyneth taking the part!

I thought I’d heard reports that Lindsay Lohan’s ex-girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, visited the actress while she was in rehab. However, it looks like the two aren’t that close. Lindsay may have just moved into the building next to Samantha’s condo, but she wants her space, according to Radar Online.
Lindsay Lohan wants to build a fence so new neighbor and ex-lover Sam Ronson can’t “spy or see” what’s going on inside her rehabbed actress’ beachside home, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.How could Lindsay Lohan have NOT known that before renting the place? Samantha doesn’t sound too happy about her new neighbor, either.
“Trust me, it wasn’t planned,” Ronson fumed to paparazzi.So Lindsay Lohan reportedly plans to build a fence between the two properties.
“It will give both of them some space and privacy,” one source close to Lindsay told RadarOnline.com, “and it will ensure neither of them can see or spy on each other!”Judging from the picture of the buildings (you can see it here), I’m guessing that’s not going to be an easy thing to get approved, but I guess it’s the effort that counts. Given the other pressures Lindsay Lohan is facing, this isn’t a big deal.

According to Lohan's camp, she met a friend at the Viceroy Hotel in Palm Springs, Calif., on December 11 to get her hair done. That's her excuse.
While there, sources say Lindsay Lohan knocked back Shirley Temples - the famous non-alcoholic mixed drink - along with an order of fries. That's it.
Sources claim Lindsay eventually headed back to her sober house, completely sober, at around 1 a.m., and that's when Holland confronted her.
Holland claims she smelled alcohol on Lindsay Lohan, who was reportedly out past curfew, and that the train wreck refused to take a breathalyzer.
Lohan claims she asked for the test in an attempt to prove her sobriety but was denied it by Holland, who she says has "had it out" for her.
The details vary depending on who you believe, but it got physical.
Holland alleges Lohan hurt her bad enough for her to go on workers' comp. Lindsay says Holland came at her first, but admits she pushed back.
Lohan was quick to play the victim card in the wake of the incident, which resulted in a call to the police and a battery complaint by the staffer.
The chemical dependency technician was fired by Betty Ford for talking to TMZ about this, and by doing so, may have even broken the law.

Well, Lindsay Lohan must be breathing easier as she gets ready for Christmas. The former Betty Ford Center worker, Dawn Holland, who wanted to press charges for criminal battery, has changed her mind and now refuses to cooperate with any criminal investigation, according to her attorney.
Dawn Holland, who told TMZ earlier this week how Lindsay ripped a phone from her hand causing a severe sprain, now says Lindsay should not be prosecuted.
Holland’s lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, “Dawn will not continue to press charges against Lindsay, nor will she be assisting any further in the investigation or prosecution.”
And this is interesting … we asked Davidson how his client would respond if she’s subpoenaed, and he said, “She won’t.”
Davidson says Holland and Lindsay share a common bond — they’re both recovering addicts, Holland does not want “in any way shape or form to do anything that would violated Lindsay’s probation or cause an arrest.”
Davidson says, “A crime has quite simply not been committed by Ms. Lohan.”Hmmm… wonder what led to the about-face? Well, it did sound like a scuffle that got out of hand.

Earlier this morning I told you about how Lindsay Lohan had been moved partly due to a run-in with one of the Betty Ford staffers. Turns out that “run-in” resulted in a call to the police for “hand-to-hand battery,” according to TMZ. And the staffer wants Lindsay charged with criminal battery.
Apparently the confrontation occurred after Lindsay returned to the center 10 minutes after her curfew.
Lindsay claims when she walked into the BFC — a female staff member was “unfairly” scolding her about the situation … and demanded the actress take a drug/alcohol test. We’re told it was during the heated exchange that the woman “put her hands on Lindsay.”
Lindsay claims she told the woman, “Take your hands off of me” and then “pushed back.”
As we previously reported, local police received a call at 1:03 AM for “hand-to-hand battery” — and LiLo was named as a suspect. The staffer wants LiLo prosecuted for criminal battery.
We’re told Lindsay feels the staffer has had it out for her for a while … and with LiLo reaching the end of her stay at the clinic, the actress believes the staffer was looking for a final confrontation.
If things were bad enough that the police were called, then that’s NOT a good sign. Whether the staffer had it in for Lindsay or not, if Lindsay hadn’t gotten physically aggressive, things wouldn’t have escalated. {Sigh}

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of Tweeting for cash.The troubled actress is said to have been paid to promote products among her followers on social networking website Twitter.
Lohan, 24, who is followed by more than 1.4m people on the site, posted an advert for gift cards on her account. Users who clicked on the link were taken to TaDa.com.
“We do not work directly with Lindsay, nor have any direct affiliation with her. She belongs to a promotion network, Mylikes, where TaDa publishes its sale content,' Mary Yee, VP of marketing at Shopzilla Inc, the owner of TaDa, said in a statement.
Lohan is said to have raked in between $2,985 and $10,000 by promoting products on Twitter.

Now THIS is something to celebrate! Lindsay Lohan - who is currently staying at the Betty Ford rehabilitation facility – has made the 100 day mark of sobriety! Guess that root beer is really working.
The ‘Machete’ actress has been clean for 100 days and her parents are thrilled for their little girl. Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com:
“I hope she has a decade more.”Lindsay must continue undergoing rehabilitation until January 3rd as part of her court order from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox. That gives her just a few more weeks in treatment.

Oh I hope so! I would definitely watch if she was going to be on it! We know that the execs at ABC have been wooing LiLo to try and get her to sign on for next season, but now it looks like that just might happen!
RadarOnline.com is reporting that Lindsay Lohan is secretly talking to DWTS about joining the show in hopes of rehab-ing her image, not to mention making some money! Doesn’t seem like such a bad idea either, now that she no longer has the Linda Lovelace biopic to rely on! According to a source;
“Lindsay has been talking with the DWTS people,”
“She is definitely interested and considering being on the show.”
“Dancing with the Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of cast mates for a very long time,”
I really think that this would be a great move for Lindsay Lohan, especially now since it seems that she’s basically out of options. If she did well and proved herself to be dedicated it could be a great first step in getting back a bit of her career.

The 23-year-old reportedly first met the British rugby star, who recently split with model Kelly Brook, over drinks after the USA-England World Cup match in Hollywood where they swapped numbers.

Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan’s alcohol monitoring bracelet reportedly went off at a MTV Movie Awards party on Sunday. Lohan was attending pop singer Katy Perry’s MTV Movie Awards after party when her SCRAM bracelet began flashing wildly.“All of a sudden, her ankle bracelet started flashing furiously – bright red, fast flashes,” an unidentified source reportedly told Star magazine.
The ankle bracelet is supposed to alert if Lindsay Lohan consumes alcohol. Lohan was ordered to wear the bracelet last month after missing probation hearings over several DUI incidents. Even though the bracelet went off, however, it doesn’t necessarily mean Lohan was drinking.
“She wasn’t drinking or doing drugs that I saw,” the source told Star. A technician reportedly told the tabloid that the ankle bracelet could have gone off due to a “technical issue.”
We do hope it was just a glitch and Lohan wasn’t stupid enough to violate a court order she knows could land her in jail. Lohan is due in court again on July 6; let’s hope she can keep it clean at least until then!
